Prices are subject to change based on fluctuations in material costs, labor availability, and project complexity. 4. SCHEDULING & SERVICE DELIVERY

While we make every effort to adhere to scheduled timelines, weather conditions, material availability, and other factors beyond our control may affect project schedules. Midcon Exteriors will communicate any changes to scheduled work promptly and will work with you to reschedule at a mutually convenient time. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, supply chain disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment terms, including amounts, schedules, and accepted methods of payment, are agreed upon in individual service contracts prior to the start of work. All payment obligations are as outlined in your specific service agreement with Midcon Exteriors. Financing options may be available through third-party providers and are subject to their own terms, conditions, and credit approval processes. Midcon Exteriors is not responsible for the terms or conditions of any third-party financing agreements.

6. WARRANTY

Midcon Exteriors stands behind the quality of our work and the materials we use. We offer manufacturer warranties through Owens Corning, including the Platinum Protection Roofing System Limited Warranty, which provides 50-year non-prorated coverage on qualifying installations. In addition to manufacturer warranties, Midcon Exteriors provides our own workmanship warranty to ensure the quality of our installation meets the highest standards. Specific warranty terms, coverage details, exclusions, and duration are detailed in your individual service contract. Warranty coverage may be voided by unauthorized modifications, improper maintenance, or damage caused by events not covered under the warranty terms.

7. INSURANCE CLAIMS

Midcon Exteriors provides assistance with insurance claim documentation, including damage assessment, detailed project estimates, and coordination with insurance adjusters. However, we do not guarantee that your insurance company will approve your claim or cover the full cost of repairs or replacement. The customer remains responsible for payment of their insurance deductible and any amounts not covered by their insurance policy. Midcon Exteriors does not act as a public adjuster and does not represent you in negotiations with your insurance company. All insurance-related decisions and approvals are solely at the discretion of your insurance provider.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Midcon Exteriors, its owners, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
