About Tylan
Tylan is from Siloam Springs and has been in Northwest Arkansas since 2007. Before Midcon, he was playing sports with his high school team. When his high school sports career wrapped up, Sales Manager Marvin Hogner gave him the idea to try roofing — and he's been enjoying it ever since.
As a Sales Representative, Tylan engages with potential clients, provides solutions for their roofing repair needs, conducts on-site inspections, and guides customers through the contract-to-construction process.
What drew Tylan to Midcon was the team. From day one, Midcon made him feel welcomed. The team never leaves anyone behind or makes anyone feel singled out — whether it's a meeting or an inspection, everyone is always included.
Outside of work, Tylan loves fishing, hanging out with friends, and playing basketball with his younger brother. He's excited to be part of Midcon and to help the community with their roofing needs.
