Sophia Wyman

Sophia moved to Northwest Arkansas about two years ago from southwest Missouri, looking for a bigger place to explore and grow her career and life. Before roofing, she worked a variety of jobs searching for something that would keep her engaged and let her help the community.

What she loves most about the work is the people. Being personable, meeting homeowners, having real conversations, and learning something new every day — that's what keeps her going. What many people don't realize is how much happens behind the scenes. There's a lot of coordination and paperwork involved, and the goal is always to make the process as easy as possible for the homeowner.

Sophia chose Midcon for the people and the opportunity. The way the company treats its team makes it easy to love the job.

Outside of work, she takes care of her dog Goose and her cat Rooster and stays as busy as she can — keeping life full and fun. Fun fact: she used to be a ranked Call of Duty player and earned a good chunk of change from it.
