Sam Malone

Sam moved to Northwest Arkansas in 2008 from Illinois after helping his parents relocate to the area. After just a week of helping them move, he fell in love with the landscape and the people and decided to make the move himself.

He joined Midcon because of their family culture and values. Their heart for community outreach and involvement is second to none in this industry. They truly believe in the importance of relationships and partnering with homeowners to accomplish their goals and needs.

Sam loves being involved in the community. He serves on his local youth sports board and has coordinated and coached multiple sports. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and really anything outdoors — especially anything that involves spending time with his wife and kids. Fun fact: he's been playing the drums for almost 30 years.
