Jon Moore

Before Midcon, Jon worked with another roofing company out in Utah. He grew up just outside of Salt Lake City and has been in roofing for six years, though he grew up around construction his whole life. After visiting Northwest Arkansas a few years ago, he and his wife fell in love with the area and decided to make the move.

As Operations Manager, Jon works with sales, production, and GM Colin Black to coordinate and grow the business. He also oversees invoicing and works with insurance companies. His favorite part of the job is solving problems and streamlining a better experience for everyone — homeowners and the Midcon team alike.

What drew Jon to Midcon was the team and the goal of providing great roofing service. The company's Google reviews helped persuade him — Midcon was well organized and built with the right focus on customers and team members.

Outside of work, Jon loves playing pickleball, tabletop games (cards, Settlers of Catan), and building with his hands. He enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter — with another one on the way. He also serves in his church teaching youth Sunday school.
