Ivan Guerra

Ivan is originally from Brownsville, Texas and has been in Arkansas for seven years. He and his wife moved here to be closer to family after his parents settled in Oklahoma. Before Midcon, Ivan worked in general construction — remodels, field work, and years with a handyman company — before deciding he wanted something bigger with more opportunity and room to grow.

As Production Manager, Ivan oversees the details that go into every job. It may look simple from the outside, but there are layers to getting it done right — from the coordination the sales team handles before he even steps on site to the small details that make the difference between a good job and a great one.

What drew Ivan to Midcon was the people and the opportunity. After talking with the owners, everything he saw made him want to be part of it. The team is close-knit and personable — it's a serious place to work, but it never feels like a grind. Everyone has each other's back, and Ivan says he's never had a morning where he didn't want to come in.

Outside of work, Ivan is all about family and community. He's at church every Sunday, coaches his son's baseball and his daughter's soccer, and stays involved wherever he can. Fun fact: Ivan can do standing backflips — a skill he picked up doing gymnastics when he was younger and can still pull off today.
