Marvin Hogner
Quality Control Manager
Marvin is a Sales Manager whose leadership and experience drive the company forward. His attention to detail is appreciated by every customer he works with.
Outside of his time in the Marine Corps, Marvin has lived in the Northwest Arkansas area his entire life. He's a small-town kid who is proud to say that Gentry, Arkansas is his hometown.
What Marvin loves most about working with Midcon comes down to two things. First, the culture — he's never felt like he's "working for someone" to complete a job. At Midcon, he always feels like he's working with someone to achieve a goal. Second, the generosity — Midcon is willing to get out and help local communities. It feels good knowing he's working with a company that likes to give back and help when they can.
Outside of work, Marvin and his wife spend most of their time following their four kids around to different events and activities. They also enjoy traveling with the kids when they can — sometimes even without the kids (they're older, so it's okay).
