Lilly has lived in Northwest Arkansas her whole life and loves the area. An avid rock climber, she jokes that she's traded rocks for roofs — but she still gets to climb.
She chose Midcon because of the people. The company is honest and kind with everyone they're involved with, employees and clients alike. It's been wonderful to work for a team that genuinely supports each other as much as Midcon does.
Outside of work, Lilly spends her time hiking and backpacking with her dog, and rock climbing whenever she can.
